This
figure was originally released in 1991, with a series of equally cheesy looking
figures. The 1st release had a lever on the back, and came with a short
hammer and short lightning bolt. The 2nd release had the lever removed for
some reason and now had a long hammer and lightning bolt. Neither figure
came with a cape, and of course the 1st version is a lot harder to find.
