This is a Super 8 format film of the episode of Thor battling the Destroyer from the 60's cartoon.   This film is copyrighted 1976 so I am assuming that this is when this was released.   Also, as the photo shows at the top it is in color, but I have a version that says black & white so there are apparently 2 versions of the same film.
