"Hercules Enraged!"

Synopsis:  Thor is in Olympus, battling the guards, to see Hercules.  In flashback, we see the Asgardians return home, only to be greeted by an upset Hildegarde.  She had gone to Odin to find Krista, and see her in Pluto's underworld as a slave and standing over her are Pluto and Hercules.  Back in Olympus, Thor and Hercules battle, with Herc claiming that he doesn't know what Thor is talking about.  During the battle, Ares sneaks away to meet Snatos, and confirm that the plan proceeds accordingly.  Zeus stops the battle and confirms what he already guessed, that Thor has been decieved by Pluto.

"Before the Gates of Hell!"

Synopsis:  Thor and Hercules are having an arm wrestling match to determine who will face Pluto, when Zeus interrupts and tells them to fight together.  They travel together to the gates of Hades and are attacked by Pluto's minions.  They defeat the minions, then go to visit Chaga, to learn who it is that's against them.  She tells them that it's Pluto and Ares.  They fly to the gates of Hell and there meet Ares, whose power has been increased by Pluto.  They manage to defeat him and then they enter Hell.

"Hellfire Across the World!"

Significant Events:  none

Synopsis:  Thor and Hercules enter Hades and are attacked by demon-bats, and snake women.  They fight their way past, only to find that Pluto has fled with Krista.  They go to Asgard, where Odin reveals that Pluto has gone to Manhattan.  Thor and Hercuels follow him there.  Thor defeats Pluto and drives him away.  He then discovers that Krista is dying, and only Don Blake can save her.

"No One Can Stop...the Destroyer!"

Synopsis:  Hercules and Thor have taken Krista to a hospital, and Thor changes to Don Blake.  He then reveals to Hercules that he is Thor.  On another street in Manhattan, Holmes reactivates the Destroyer, which he discovered in Peru, and begins to go on a rampage, to which Hercules responds.  After the operation Thor flies to help Hercules.  Thor manages to fight him off while Hercules goes to find the mortal body.  After he is gone though, the Destroyer manages to wrench Mjolnir from Thor's grasp, so Thor only has sixty seconds to get it back.

"The Coming of the Firelord!"

Significant Events:  1st appearance of Firelord

Synopsis:  Thor commands Mjolnir to return to him, and so it must.  They continue their battle, while Hercules returns with the body of Holmes, and in drawing close, the spirit returns to his body.  While Thor changes back to Blake to check on Krista, Firelord arrives on Earth, and at the selfsame hospital.  Hercules and Firelord begint o battle, and Blake's cane is knocked out a window.  Blake races to the ground and changes to Thor, and then he stops the battle, realizing who Firelord is - herald to Galactus.  Firelord then summons Galactus, and Galactus plans to feast this day.

"The Battle Beyond!"

Synopsis:  Firelord has summoned Galactus, then leaves.  Unfortunately, a reported heard everything, and reports the news, and panic begins to spread.  Meanwhile, Blake tells Hercules the history of Galactus.  Meanwhile, Galactus has arrived on Earth.  Galactus tells Thor of the mad Ego, and how he was defeated by him.  He wantsw Thor to fight Ego.  Witht he power of Galactus, they barely manage to breach the atmosphere of Ego and reach the surface.

"In Search of Ego"

Synopsis:  Odin looks on, as Galactus, Thor, Hercules, and Firelord begin to attack Ego.  Meanwhile, in Asgard, Odin has a plan in mind.  Back on Ego, Firelord, Thor, and Hercules fight their way to Ego's mind.  Thor throws Mjolnir and strikes Ego's brain.

"Ego:  Beginning and End!"

Significant Events:  Origin of Ego

Synopsis:  Ego has withdrawn his minions, and begins to project images into Thor's mind.  Thor relives Ego's origin, as Egros.  When he comes to, he discovers that while they had Ego distracted, Galactus has attached thrusters to Ego's south pole, launching him into exile.  Galactus then agrees to free Firelord if a suitable replacement is found, and such a one is the Destroyer

"Where Darkness Dwells, Dwell I!"

Synopsis:  Both Thor and Hercules have returned to Earth, but while Thor flies overhead, Hercules hears a cry for help.  He rushes to it, only to see an old man attacked by a robber.  Hercules chases him down, only to return just in time to see the old man kill himself.  A police detective tells Thor and Hercules about how several people have gone insane lately and killed themselves.  Hercules storms off by himself, but is captured by a mysterious shadowy figure.  He later manages to barely return to Thor, only to collapse in front of him.

"The Sky Above...the Pits Below!"

Significant Events:  none

Synopsis:  Thor flies Hercules to Avengers Mansion, where he has Iron Man try to probe his mind to find out what happened to him, but Hercules comes to and lashes out smashing everything around him until Krista calms him down.  Back in Asgard, Hildegarde forces her way into Odin's chambers, only to find it empty.  She searches until she finds the Vizier, who tells her that Odin has vanished, and no one knows where he is.  Thor had Hercules make their way back to the tunnels where he was attacked.  Hercules opens up a piece of the tunnel, letting in the light, and causing the demons to flee.
