This was just like the regular version of #32 only it contained a certificate of authenticity.  And on the cover it had a Thor sketch by Dan Jurgens and the autographs of Dan Jurgens, Andy Kubert, and Walt Simonson.  There were only 150 of these produced, and they retailed for $89
