Synopsis: Thor and Hercules fight on, while in Asgard, Odin is enraged and muses on Thor's punishment. On Earth, Hercules and Thor go back and forth, destroying everything around them. In Asgard, Odin has decided to strip Thor of half his power, but cannot do it himself, since Thor is still his son. He gives the power to Seidring, to perform the deed, which is then done. So it is, that Hercules begins to get the best of Thor, finally knocking him out. People then begin swarming around Hercules, and the movie producer returns and offers Hercules a job, and the crowd drifts away. Jane then finds Thor and tells him that she only wanted to make him jealous. Thor then begins to walk off, his pride hurt more than he was. Odin then tells Jane that Thor wasn't beaten, his victory was stolen from him by a shamed and remorseful father.

Significant Events: 1st appearance of Pluto
Synopsis: Thor decides that he would rather be alone, than be pitied. In Hollywood, Pluto is planning a trap for Hercules at Stardust Studios. And in Asgard, Odin is heartbroken over what he did to Thor. Just then, Seidring fires a bolt at Odin, who had forgotten that he gave Seidring the Odinpower. Thor then returns to Asgard to face Odin. When he arrives he finds Heimdall and all the other warriors trapped and imprisoned with ethereal force. Thor finds Seidring and begins to attack him. Seidring hurls impossible obstacles and Thor overcomes them all. Thor makes for the Odinsword, and threatens to unleash it unless Seidring surrenders the Odinpower. Seidring returns the power to Odin and then flees. Odin then goes to Thor, who has lost consciousness, and realizes that he judged Thor too harshly.

Synopsis: Thor is recovering under the care of the royal physician. Odin then goes to pass judgment on Seidring. Odin sentences him to rule over a group of Rock Trolls forever. At Stardust Studios, Hercules is overlooking the Olympian set that will be for the movie he's going to be in. He is then attacked by a robot as a test to see how he looks on film. In Asgard, Thor has gone ice fishing for Beast Fish. His shot goes wild, causing the Beast Fish to attack. Back at the movie studio, Pluto finally manages to trick Hercules into signing an Olympian contract. Hercules must now rule Hades for eternity. Pluto releases Titan Warriors to force him to go. In Asgard, Thor has finally recovered completely and asks Odin to return to Earth to face Hercules once again. Thor arrives, only to see Hercules under assault by the hordes of Hades. Thor evens the odds and forces Pluto to go to Olympus and confront Zeus. Thor and Hercules finish off the last of the demons, and now Hercules' true task begins.

Synopsis: Thor has returned to New York, when he is mobbed by fans. A cabbie pulls up and tells Thor to get in. Thor tells him to take him to Town Towers. In Olympus, Pluto arrives and tells Zeus about Hercules signing the contract. Hercules fights his way there, but he is too late, Zeus already knows. Zeus tells him that his only hope is to find one to fight in his stead, and will risk the same fate. On Earth, Thor has arrived and meets Jane's new roommate, Tana Nile. Thor tells Jane that he is going to Odin and renounce his immortality and heritage. Thor arrives to find Balder on his way to look for him. Balder tells him that it is the Day of the Three Worlds, and Thor must take part. In Olympus, Hercules is on a quest to find a champion. he goes to Ares, and is refused, and also by Hermes. Hercules is then summoned to the netherworld, and cannot even fight on his own behalf. In Limbo, Thor hears his cry and goes to aid the Olympian. Thor arrives and challenges Pluto and all his hordes on behalf of Hercules.

Synopsis: Thor has agreed to be Hercules' champion and is transported to the netherworld. he is first confronted by Cereberus. On Earth, Jane discovers that her new roommate, Tana Nile, is not from Earth. Tana then tells her that she must go on a journey and never return. In Hades, Thor has defeated Cereberus and now confronts the hordes of Pluto en masse. Thor fights his way past various perils and traps. Pluto then stops the battle, because Thor is destroying the realm he has ruled forever, and he then tears up the Olympian contract. Hercules then declares his friendship to Thor for all eternity.
