Promo photo for proposed Thor cartoon

This was a promotional photo released in 1997, that I'm assuming was a proposal for an animated Thor cartoon to be done by Saban International, in what looks like Switzerland.  I don't know if that's where they're based, or if that's where the show would be aired, created, or what.  On the back of the photo, it reads:

From Marvel Comics legendary creative force Stan Lee comes the mythical masterpiece Mighty Thor, and action-packed story about a warrior sent to save the Earth with his magical hammer.  Mighty Thor is cast down to Earth wielding a mystic battle hammer named Mjolnir, too heavy for anyone unworthy of its great powers.  This weapon, blessed with several enchanted qualities, allows Thor to summon elements of thunder, lightning, wind, and rain; travel through other dimensions; and transform in and out of a mortal state.  Thor's jealous and deceitful half-brother, Loki, the Lord of Lies, despises the mighty super hero and tries mercilessly to sabotage his brother by casting villains and demons down to Earth to destroy him, always to no avail.  As the battles between good and evil, mortal and immortal, elevate to the outrageous, Mighty Thor must call upon all of his fantastic abilities to save the planet from destruction.
