Superhuman physical powers:  Aside from the above listed attributes, the Growing Man is a stimuloid, which absorbs most forms of kinetic energy directed against it; hence, the energy (and most forms of concussive impact) cause it no physical harm.  Moreover, the absorption of the energy stimulates the rapid multiplication of the stimuloid's artificial cells, causing it to grow significantly in size with proportionate increase in strength and resistance to damage.  Presumable the stimuloid draws its additional mass from an extradimensional source in order to grow.   The Growing Man's original size is that of a child's doll, but it can achieve the height of a building ten stories tall.  Kang can project an unknown form of energy from a gun that will cause the Growing Man to revert to its original size, presumably dispatching the mass it loses back to it extradimensional source.

• Avengers #300:  sent by Kang to combat Avengers in New York City; Growing Man's growth process was reversed by Mister Fantastic, causing it to shrink from sight
  NOTE:  Presumably Kang has the resources to create more than one Growing Man.   Hence, the events described above may well have involved different Growing Men, rather than the same one in each case.
